Lett Designs Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Tilely mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of Tilely.

Tilely does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information. We do not collect:

- Device identifiers or advertising identifiers

- Usage analytics or crash reports

2. Local Data Storage
All data used by the App is stored only on your device.
This includes:
- Your watchlist
- App preferences and settings
- Any other data you generate while using the App
This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party. You can delete it at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing the App’s data through your device settings.
3. Third-Party Services
Tilely does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or data-collection services.
The App does not share any information with third parties.
4. Children’s Privacy
Tilely is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. Because we do not collect any data at all, this remains true regardless of the user’s age.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App or on our website, with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
