Privacy Policy for Tilely

1. Information We Collect

Tilely does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information. We (Lett Designs Inc.) do not collect your name, email address or contact details, your location, or any financial or brokerage account information, and we do not run our own analytics on your use of the App. Information is collected by our advertising partner as described in Section 3.

2. Local Data Storage

Your watchlists, app preferences and settings are stored only on your device. We do not transmit this data to our servers or sell it. You can delete it at any time by deleting the App or clearing its data in your device settings.

3. Advertising

Tilely is free and supported by ads served by Google AdMob, a mobile advertising service provided by Google LLC ("Google"). To show and measure ads, and to limit fraud, Google and its partners may automatically collect information from your device, such as:

• IP address and approximate location derived from it;
• device type, operating system and app version; and
• information about the ads you see and interact with.

This collection is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. For more about how AdMob operates, see the AdMob policies.

The App does not show Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt and does not request permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites. Because tracking permission is not requested, the App does not have access to your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), and the ads you see may be non-personalized or contextual rather than based on your activity in other companies' apps and websites.

If you prefer not to see ads, you can remove them with an in-app purchase.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Other Third Parties

Market data shown in the App is fetched from third-party data providers to display prices and charts. Apart from Google AdMob, the App does not include any other third-party SDKs, such as analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. We do not share your watchlists or settings with anyone.

5. Children's Privacy

Tilely is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will help remove it.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App or on our website, with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
